Family Permanency Services
Family Permanency Services provides out-of-home care for youth ages infancy through twenty years who are unable to remain with their parents due to disruption in their family unit caused by social, psychological, behavioral, and environmental conflicts. We provide both neighborhood-based foster family care homes and group residential homes.
Our programs focus on family-centered services to ensure building on the strengths of both parents and children. We are deeply committed to reuniting families as quickly as possible and having a strong presence in local communities to enable families to secure their safety, permanency, and well-being.
Our family homes and group homes have the support of many ancillary services to achieve our goals. These services include medical and mental health, early intervention, family day care, legal services, education, youth development, recreation, substance abuse prevention and counseling, behavior modification, and crisis intervention. This collaborative approach helps to engage families and create change to achieve positive outcomes.
